In December 2024, Bloomfield Resources Ltd took a significant step forward in expanding its waste management services by acquiring the skip hire division of AB Waste Management Ltd, including its existing customer base. This strategic move strengthens Bloomfield Resources’ position in the industry while ensuring a seamless transition for AB Waste Management’s skip hire customers.

Two Separate Companies, One Commitment to Quality

It’s important to note that this was not a merger – Bloomfield Resources Ltd and AB Waste Management Ltd remain two separate companies. However, this acquisition allows Bloomfield Resources to offer an enhanced range of skip hire services while maintaining the high standards and customer service that clients have come to expect.

New Waste Facility in Tipton

As part of this expansion, Bloomfield Resources Ltd has also taken over the waste facility located on Bloomfield Road in Tipton. This site will serve as a key hub for waste processing, helping to improve efficiency and sustainability in local waste management operations.
